Sarah Renner Recruiter

Sarah began her recruiting career in 2013 with a large IT staffing firm after relocating to the Denver area. With two years of high volume recruiting experience, she had the opportunity to join a small tech start-up in Boulder to bring their recruiting efforts in house, creating and formalizing a full-cycle talent acquisition strategy from sourcing to on-boarding. This is where her passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience was fostered.

After taking two years to travel internationally, Sarah returned to the states and rejoined the recruiting industry. Her philosophy is to be an industry expert, a superior listener to and advocate for all of her candidates, and to always perform her job with integrity. Sarah joined LearnSearch in 2019 and is dedicated to providing both clients and candidates alike with the highest quality of service.

Originally from South Dakota, Sarah moved to Colorado to enjoy everything the mountains have to offer. After a few years in the Denver area, she decided to move to South Korea to teach English and travel throughout Asia for two years. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, traveling, and Vikings football
