Prior to relocating his family to Denver in 2013, Matt began a recruiting career in 2012 working as a recruiter for a small staffing firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After a short time Matt had the opportunity to join the staffing team at High Country Search Group and relocate to Colorado.

After five years of high volume F&A recruiting, Matt decided to join the team at LearnSearch. Matt feels he’s found the established firm he was looking for in Colorado, a firm that matches his passion for service, quality, and results, and he’s incredibly happy to be living and working in Colorado.
Born and raised in Tulsa, early in his life, Matt spent time travelling and writing music with various regional and national music acts. Matt obtained a B.S. in Secondary Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Matt and his wife enjoy playing music together and spending time outdoors with their two sons Jonas and Felix.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the messaging and positioning for the organization’s L&D programs, learning solutions, and integration touch points with other product lines, which include targeted subjects within manufacturing, robotics, bioengineering, clean energy, and pressure technology. You will be the expert in the needs and buying criteria of current and prospective customers, and apply that knowledge to attract the right customers. This professional will have experience developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns for learning solutions. This person will also have a keen understanding of how to collaborate with sales and the ability to pivot with market trends. A degree in communications, marketing, or business is a plus.

Enterprise Business Development Manager
Our client, a cutting-edge DaaS solutions provider, is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager in the Northeast. You’ll be a consultant to senior HR, Finance and Purchasing leaders, helping transform the way they approach resource allocation and Contingent Workforce Planning via AI-supported data insights and tools. The Business Development Manager will manage new account acquisition activities within a multi-state region across multiple industries. The BDM will be supported by a Business Development Representative (BDR) that will drive lead-generation, qualification and appointment scheduling. HCM or HR technology sales experience is a major plus; grounded understanding in complex, consultative sales processes, especially with Senior HR leaders as the target audience, is required. This is a remote-office position requiring travel. Uncapped commission structure.
