Catherine Crabtree

Catherine Crabtree With over 17 years of Agency and Corporate Recruiting experience in a wide range of industries and disciplines, Catherine provides consultative search solutions as a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike. In order to better serve the learning community, Catherine secured a Certification in Professional Training Management (CPTM) in 2018. Creating pathways for employers to more effectively identify and engage with right-fit L&D talent is what she is passionate about and what led her to join LearnSearch.

Prior to LearnSearch, Catherine led customer success for an HR technology start-up. Previously, she led Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives for a global services company and was an Executive Search Director in Management Consulting. Whether it’s talking with an organization about critical hiring initiatives, or learning about a candidate’s skills and experience, Catherine is focused on developing a deep understanding of requirements and is effective at synthesizing complex ideas and information.

Catherine lives in Colorado, where she spent much of her childhood before a brief stop on the east coast and over a decade in Seattle, Washington. When she’s not building Legos or robots with her son, she enjoys biking, hiking, power yoga and Packers football.

This role will lead the charge in establishing a road-map for influencing world-class leadership practices enterprise wide and operationalzing them through HR and business partners. In developing a holistic leadership development strategy, this L&D leader will deploy a world-class leader learning portfolio along with coaching and feedback, inclusive of all talent from individual contributor to senior executive. Manager, Learning Experience
This position will have responsibility for the management of multiple direct reports within a growing Learning & Development department.  The Manager, Learning Experience will also be responsible for overseeing & guiding the design, development and maintenance of high quality learning experiences.  Qualified candidates will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to interact with highly technical and scientific engineers. Degree in Instructional Design or Engineering is a plus.

Our client, a cutting-edge DaaS solutions provider, is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager in both the NE and the SW. You’ll be a consultant to senior HR, Finance and Purchasing leaders, helping transform the way they approach resource allocation and Contingent Workforce Planning via AI-supported data insights and tools. The Business Development Manager will manage new account acquisition activities within a multi-state region across multiple industries. The BDM will be supported by a Business Development Representative (BDR) that will drive lead-generation, qualification and appointment scheduling. HCM or HR technology sales experience is a major plus; grounded understanding in complex, consultative sales processes, especially with Senior HR leaders as the target audience, is required. This is a remote-office position requiring travel. Uncapped commission structure.
