Engaged Executive Search

This professional will have experience developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns for learning solutions. This person will also have a keen understanding of how to collaborate with sales and the ability to pivot with market trends. A degree in communications, marketing, or business is a plus.

Enterprise Business Development Manager
Our client, a cutting-edge DaaS solutions provider, is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager in the Northeast. You’ll be a consultant to senior HR, Finance and Purchasing leaders, helping transform the way they approach resource allocation and Contingent Workforce Planning via AI-supported data insights and tools. The Business Development Manager will manage new account acquisition activities within a multi-state region across multiple industries. The BDM will be supported by a Business Development Representative (BDR) that will drive lead-generation, qualification and appointment scheduling. HCM or HR technology sales experience is a major plus; grounded understanding in complex, consultative sales processes, especially with Senior HR leaders as the target audience, is required. This is a remote-office position requiring travel. Uncapped commission structure.
