Executive Search

LearnSearch offers clients two options of Executive Search: Retained or Engaged Search.

Retained Executive Search

Our Retained Executive Search services offer a dedicated approach aimed at identifying candidates uniquely aligned with the core values, leadership style, and functional expertise required for success in the assigned role. Our highly concentrated search process leverages our market expertise and industry knowledge in Corporate Learning and ensures that we only introduce the most compelling talent to our clients.  We employ a discreet and diligent selection process that yields strong results and reflects the values of our client partners. Recruited candidates are vetted carefully and are thoughtfully engaged by our team throughout the selection, interview, and hiring process. We provide exclusivity to our Retained Executive Search clients, ensuring our talent cultivation efforts are dedicated solely toward their open role until the position is filled.
