Our client focuses on improving outcomes in nuanced, soft-skills based training using VR/AR scenarios that mimic real-world interactions. Uses-cases include sales training, D&I initiatives, leadership development, executive and management training, etc. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in L&D sales, preferably in a consultative sales environment articulating value for custom, high-end solutions with enterprise-wide impact.

Supporting a global sales organization with presence in Europe, North America and Asia, the chosen candidate will be working with sales leadership to architect effective on-boarding programs that prepare enterprise sales people for success and accelerate their ability to engage in customer interactions. This role will also be intimately involved in creating collateral, messaging, and sales-process best-practices that aid senior sellers in shortening sales-cycles and/or increasing effectiveness.
