Enterprise Account Executive
A very well-funded SaaS recruiting automation company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help them further expand their growth within the corporate landscape. Our client transforms the early-career talent hiring process for organizations looking to improve their laborious (and extremely costly) college recruiting process. With access to our client’s platform, employers gain access to valuable insights that accelerate identification of diverse and underserved student populations, allowing them to more fairly and efficiently hire best-fit, early-career talent. Successful candidates will have at least 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience at the Large Mid-Market and/or Enterprise level. HR Tech or HCM sales experience is highly preferred and SaaS sales experience is required. This is a mission-driven company culture, and the most successful candidates will align with that mission.

Business Development Manager
A DaaS solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. This individual will drive new business within one of four vertical markets, leading the adoption of a data as a service SaaS solution that gives organizations a direct line of sight to their Total Workforce spend, risk, and optimization opportunity. At least 5 years selling to Enterprise or large Mid-Market commercial accounts is required for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a successful track-record developing new business (including building a sales funnel) for complex SaaS solutions and will have a consultative, consensus-building sales approach. A “seniorized” seller comfortable with larger average deal sizes and longer sales cycles is strongly desired.

This role sits within a collaborative learning design & development team and focuses on designing innovative learning programs that change behavior, transfer critical knowledge and develop technical and strategic skills within a widely varied learner population. Our client requires an instructional design expert that is fluent in the design and development of comprehensive digital and instructor-led learning curriculum within a multi-brand, global, service-related industry.
