This role sits within a collaborative learning design & development team and focuses on designing innovative learning programs that change behavior, transfer critical knowledge and develop technical and strategic skills amongst a widely varied learner population. Our client requires an instructional design expert that is fluent in the design and development of comprehensive learning curriculum within a multi-brand, global, service-related industry. Through formal education or practical experience, candidates should be able to demonstrate deep expertise in building learning programs though a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led training, eLearning, video, etc.

You will be the expert in the needs and buying criteria of current and prospective customers, and apply that knowledge to attract the right customers. This professional will have experience developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns for learning solutions. This person will also have a keen understanding of how to collaborate with sales and the ability to pivot with market trends. A degree in communications, marketing, or business is a plus.
Solutions Deployment Manager
