This role will lead the charge in establishing a road-map for influencing world-class leadership practices enterprise wide and operationalzing them through HR and business partners. In developing a holistic leadership development strategy, this L&D leader will deploy a world-class leader learning portfolio along with coaching and feedback, inclusive of all talent from individual contributor to senior executive. This individual is expected to be fluent in the lifecycle of learning design, the associated development processes, and should possess deep leadership development experience – to include significant facilitation experience among senior-level and C-suite executives.

Manager, Learning Experience
This position will have responsibility for the management of multiple direct reports within a growing Learning & Development department. The Manager, Learning Experience will also be responsible for overseeing & guiding the design, development and maintenance of high quality learning experiences. Qualified candidates will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to interact with highly technical and scientific engineers. Degree in Instructional Design or Engineering is a plus.

Our client, a cutting-edge DaaS solutions provider, is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager in both the NE and the SW. You’ll be a consultant to senior HR, Finance and Purchasing leaders, helping transform the way they approach resource allocation and Contingent Workforce Planning via AI-supported data insights and tools. The Business Development Manager will manage new account acquisition activities within a multi-state region across multiple industries. The BDM will be supported by a Business Development Representative (BDR) that will drive lead-generation, qualification and appointment scheduling. HCM or HR technology sales experience is a major plus; grounded understanding in complex, consultative sales processes, especially with Senior HR leaders as the target audience, is required. This is a remote-office position requiring travel. Uncapped commission structure.
