Sarah began her recruiting career in 2013 with a large IT staffing firm after relocating to the Denver area. With two years of high volume recruiting experience, she had the opportunity to join a small tech start-up in Boulder to bring their recruiting efforts in house, creating and formalizing a full-cycle talent acquisition strategy from sourcing to on-boarding. This is where her passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience was fostered.

After taking two years to travel internationally, Sarah returned to the states and rejoined the recruiting industry. Her philosophy is to be an industry expert, a superior listener to and advocate for all of her candidates, and to always perform her job with integrity. Sarah joined LearnSearch in 2019 and is dedicated to providing both clients and candidates alike with the highest quality of service.

Originally from South Dakota, Sarah moved to Colorado to enjoy everything the mountains have to offer. After a few years in the Denver area, she decided to move to South Korea to teach English and travel throughout Asia for two years. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, traveling, and Vikings football.

Business Development Manager
A DaaS solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. This individual will drive new business within one of four vertical markets, leading the adoption of a data as a service SaaS solution that gives organizations a direct line of sight to their Total Workforce spend, risk, and optimization opportunity. At least 5 years selling to Enterprise or large Mid-Market commercial accounts is required for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a successful track-record developing new business (including building a sales funnel) for complex SaaS solutions and will have a consultative, consensus-building sales approach. A “seniorized” seller comfortable with larger average deal sizes and longer sales cycles is strongly desired.
