Prior to relocating his family to Denver in 2013, Matt began a recruiting career in 2012 working as a recruiter for a small staffing firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After a short time Matt had the opportunity to join the staffing team at High Country Search Group and relocate to Colorado.

After five years of high volume F&A recruiting, Matt decided to join the team at LearnSearch. Matt feels he’s found the established firm he was looking for in Colorado, a firm that matches his passion for service, quality, and results, and he’s incredibly happy to be living and working in Colorado.
Born and raised in Tulsa, early in his life, Matt spent time travelling and writing music with various regional and national music acts. Matt obtained a B.S. in Secondary Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Matt and his wife enjoy playing music together and spending time outdoors with their two sons Jonas and Felix.

Business Development Manager
A DaaS solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. This individual will drive new business within one of four vertical markets, leading the adoption of a data as a service SaaS solution that gives organizations a direct line of sight to their Total Workforce spend, risk, and optimization opportunity. At least 5 years selling to Enterprise or large Mid-Market commercial accounts is required for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a successful track-record developing new business (including building a sales funnel) for complex SaaS solutions and will have a consultative, consensus-building sales approach. A “seniorized” seller comfortable with larger average deal sizes and longer sales cycles is strongly desired.

They’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager that can successfully support high-growth within an existing account base. The emphasis of this role is not renewals as much as it is *expansion* of product utilization across multiple lines of business.
