Building on the success of FieldPros, the industry-leading EdTech company he founded in 2004 to serve the K-12 and Higher Education markets, John launched LearnSearch dedicating a team of senior recruiters to exclusively serve Corporate Learning Technology companies and Learning & Development departments.  

Since inception, companies have entrusted FieldPros with their hiring needs. Offering both Retained Executive Search and Contingency Recruiting, John is part of the executive search team. As a key advisor and passionate advocate of his clients’ technologies, services and solutions, John has forged long-term relationships with the companies he represents, helping them to not only expand their teams, but also to keep pace with the industry’s latest developments and initiatives.

John began his career as a fourth grade teacher and is a passionate advocate of learning at all levels.  He is excited to bring FieldPros’ unique methodology to clients and candidates in the Corporate Learning industry. John enjoys getting a few casts in on the lakes of Northern Wisconsin and spending time in the Colorado outdoors with his wife, Anjie, and kids.

Business Development Manager
A DaaS solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. This individual will drive new business within one of four vertical markets, leading the adoption of a data as a service SaaS solution that gives organizations a direct line of sight to their Total Workforce spend, risk, and optimization opportunity. At least 5 years selling to Enterprise or large Mid-Market commercial accounts is required for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a successful track-record developing new business (including building a sales funnel) for complex SaaS solutions and will have a consultative, consensus-building sales approach. A “seniorized” seller comfortable with larger average deal sizes and longer sales cycles is strongly desired.

They’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager that can successfully support high-growth within an existing account base. The emphasis of this role is not renewals as much as it is *expansion* of product utilization across multiple lines of business. This organization has experienced record growth in 2019 and has a substantial pipeline within the F500 market segment. The ideal candidate will possess SaaS account management experience with large enterprises in the HCM or HR Tech space. Successful candidates will be comfortable in a high-growth, small-company atmosphere.
