Catherine Crabtree Managing Director

With over 17 years of Agency and Corporate Recruiting experience in a wide range of industries and disciplines, Catherine provides consultative search solutions as a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike. In order to better serve the learning community, Catherine secured a Certification in Professional Training Management (CPTM) in 2018. Creating pathways for employers to more effectively identify and engage with right-fit HCM and L&D talent is what she is passionate about and what led her to join LearnSearch.

Prior to LearnSearch, Catherine led customer success for an HR technology start-up. Previous to that, she led Talent Acquisition and Talent Management  for a $9B global services company and was an Executive Search Director in Management Consulting. Whether it’s talking with an organization about critical hiring initiatives, or learning about a candidate’s skills and experience, Catherine is focused on developing a deep understanding of requirements and is effective at synthesizing complex ideas and information.

Catherine lives in Colorado, where she spent much of her childhood before a brief stop on the east coast and over a decade in Seattle, WA. When she’s not building Legos or robots with her son, she enjoys biking, hiking, power yoga and Packers football.

Senior Mgr, Talent Acquisition
A well-known, global brand in hospitality is looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive a high-touch, corporate recruiting team across an international candidate population. This role will lead a team of senior recruiters and recruiting managers, as well as university recruitment initiatives, and will influence process/program development as well as HR technology/automation identification and adoption. The successful candidate is expected to be fluent in the lifecycle of recruitment within an international organization and will be capable of influencing and shaping processes and technologies. Best-fit candidates will possess deep people development experience and will be comfortable collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed, global enterprise.

Business Development Manager
A DaaS solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. This individual will drive new business within one of four vertical markets, leading the adoption of a data as a service SaaS solution that gives organizations a direct line of sight to their Total Workforce spend, risk, and optimization opportunity. At least 5 years selling to Enterprise or large Mid-Market commercial accounts is required for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a successful track-record developing new business (including building a sales funnel) for complex SaaS solutions and will have a consultative, consensus-building sales approach. A “seniorized” seller comfortable with larger average deal sizes and longer sales cycles is strongly desired.

They’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager that can successfully support high-growth within an existing account base. The emphasis of this role is not renewals as much as it is *expansion* of product utilization across multiple lines of business. This organization has experienced record growth in 2019 and has a substantial pipeline within the F500 market segment. The ideal candidate will possess SaaS account management experience with large enterprises in the HCM or HR Tech space. Successful candidates will be comfortable in a high-growth, small-company atmosphere.
