In an Engaged Executive Search, candidates are presented exclusively to our clients for a 30-day period. As in a Retained Search model, we employ a consultative approach to finding the best candidate, however, we can adjust our service offering to defined time frames or budgets. In both Executive Search models, clients agree to work exclusively with LearnSearch for the duration of the project.
